You'll be prompted to type in your user name and password and logon.  

Once you located the Form you want, you can click to open the form. 

NOTE: If prompted to logon again, simply hit the cancel button and the server will download the form wanted.

You can also right click on the form and "Save Target As" to place in your hard drive before opening. 

You can either print the form or type appropriate information on the form before printing. You can can also "Save As" onto your computer or other hard drive, as well as e-mail the document.
